Having worked on projects in Southern Africa and now in Australia, we’ve seen the same problem everywhere: good contractors losing money and time to messy spreadsheets, missed variations and claims that don’t add up. On the other side, QSs and project managers spend hours rebuilding the same tender and assessment sheets from scratch.
