When can I request a refund?
If a template is faulty or not as described, contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange a refund or replacement where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Do consumer guarantees apply to downloads?
Digital products aren’t automatically excluded from consumer guarantees. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
How do I report a problem?
Please provide your order details and explain the problem. We may ask for information to help us assess your request.
Will you offer a replacement instead?
If the issue can be fixed, we may offer a corrected file or replacement. If it can’t, a refund or other remedy may apply under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return a template I’ve downloaded?
Templates are editable Excel tools, not legal or engineering advice. Check each file suits your project and requirements before use.
