These terms apply to all purchases from Tender and Claim (ABN 25 490 314 651), tenderandclaim.com.au. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products
   We sell downloadable digital templates, mainly Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files. Product descriptions and screenshots show what each template includes. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Prices and payment
   All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We are not registered for GST, so no GST is included or charged. Payment is taken at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
3. Delivery
   After payment you will receive a download link on screen and by email. If you create an account, you can also re-download your purchases from My Account. If you do not receive your link within one hour, please check your spam folder, then contact us.
4. Licence to use
   When you buy a template, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use and edit it on your own projects and within your own business. One purchase covers one buyer: an individual, or one company and its employees. You may share completed workbooks (filled in with your project’s information) with your clients, consultants and contractors on those projects. You may not resell, share, publish, give away or redistribute the blank template or any modified version of it, in whole or in part. All templates remain the intellectual property of Tender and Claim.
5. Not professional advice
   Our templates are tools to help you prepare and manage documents. They are not legal, financial, quantity surveying or engineering advice. You are responsible for checking all quantities, rates, calculations and outputs, and for making sure documents meet your contract and any applicable laws, standards and regulations. A payment certificate prepared with our templates does not by itself create an entitlement to payment; the contract’s certification process applies.
6. Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, Tender and Claim is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our templates, including loss of profit or contract disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Refunds
   Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Updates
   Buyers receive free updates to the version they bought, available from My Account.
9. Changes
   We may update templates and these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
10. Governing law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
